In this topic I hope we collect and discuss the maps, the territory and transformation of Byzantine Empire.
For beginning, I would like to understand the situation, political maps, when Saints Cyril and Methodius lived and worked in the area. (826–869, 815–885)
The Glagolitic and Cyrillic alphabets are the oldest known Slavic alphabets, and were created by the two brothers and their students, to translate the Bible and other texts into the Slavic languages.
